Fill out the Service Request form to notify us of a service request. We will reply to your request as soon as possible.  In the requested service section, please include any error messages you were receiving and the application you were using.  If this is a hardware issue, explain what is happening.

If you are not already a customer with Relia-Tech we would be happy to help you, but we need to set up an account with you prior to providing service.
