We have developed relationships with Microsoft, Dell, CDW, PC Connections, Ingram Micro, and other high-quality suppliers allowing us to sell complete computer systems for less than you would pay at most retail locations or mail order firms. These are business-class machines that are designed for the demands of today's wired workplace and most carry guarantees of at least 3 years. Relia-Tech configures and installs all of the peripherals and software you need with your system so you can get to work as soon as it arrives.

We work with our partners to assure that you have the highest quality, most-reliable components in your systems.  All PCs come equipped with a one-year warranty so you don't have to pay for parts if problems occur. The warranty (which can be extended to two or three years for an extra fee) includes on-site delivery of parts from the manufacturer but does not cover costs for troubleshooting, replacement and testing of those parts.

Within our standard service area, if you ned help, our expert technicians will come to your office, unpack, set up and test the system. Our technicians will also connect the PC to your network, create a local user account for your employees, register hardware and software with vendors and create connections to any printers that you use.

We also sell and install servers and server software. Because of the special needs of organizations with servers we custom configure each machine to include the appropriate amount of software licensing, memory, proper backup systems, RAID settings, system settings and other details.
